Every consultation takes place in a quiet, cat-only environment, helping to reduce stress and allow your cat to behave more naturally. We take care to observe not just physical signs, but behaviour, posture and those small details that often tell the bigger story.

We’ll take time to hear your observations, ask thoughtful questions and build a full picture of your cat’s health and lifestyle. From there, we’ll explain our findings clearly and talk through any next steps, so you feel informed and supported in every decision.
