Did you know that as well as providing skilled, supportive care for patients our Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) are also qualified to perform full physical exams, undertake minor surgery, monitor anaesthesia, and administer medical treatment and diagnostic tests under veterinary supervision?
With this huge skill set in mind, we have decided to take our first steps into Nurse Consultations in the Cat Clinic! RVN Sam, Luci & Marissa are so excited to welcome you!
Initially these appointments will cover:
2nd vaccinations
Nail trims
Repeat Solensia injections
Basic dental assessment
Blood pressure monitoring
Flea and worm treatment administration
Basic weight checks and nutrition advice
We are now able to offer both morning and afternoon nurse consultation appointments most weekdays.

Our online booking portal is now available for nurse consults too!
Extra bits to be made aware of:
- Our Nurse Consultations offer invaluable time with caring and experienced nursing team and as such are chargeable.
- Bear in mind that our RVNs are not allowed to diagnose medical conditions so if you have health concerns about your cat, an appointment with one of our vets is more appropriate.
