Appearance: Medium size with a muscular, stockier body shape compared to other oriental cats. Wide range of colours.

Temperament: Playful, affectionate & intelligent. Can be quite destructive if kept as a single indoor cat.

Hereditary Diseases: Flat-chested kittens (see Bengal). Hypokalaemic episodic weakness (very low levels of potassium in the blood leading to weakness, lethargy, muscle pain & ultimately death).
