Making A Purchase
Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you've finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you'll be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note that colours of some items may vary from those displayed.
We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We don't charge for any item until it's ready to send. You can send your credit card information via the secure area on the catalog or phone, fax or postal mail. We don't routinely enclose credit card slips with your order for security reasons.
Shipping And Handling
We routinely deliver to the UK only and the order form defaults to UK as country of origin.
DELIVERIES TO NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WIGHT AND THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS INCUR AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE FOR LARGER PARCEL DELIVERY. WE WILL ALWAYS CONTACT ANY CUSTOMER OUTWITH THE STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE AREAS TO ENSURE THE REVISED POSTAL CHARGE IS ACCEPTABLE.
IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UK, PLEASE EMAIL US FOR DETAILS OF DELIVERY CHARGES TO YOUR COUNTRY. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY FOOD ITEMS OUTSIDE THE UK.
Delivery is charged according to the weight of an order for the majority of items.
Postage will be automatically calculated for you when you compile your order and can be viewed before making any payment. Go to the checkout procedure to view the postage.
Parcels up to 1kg will be sent by second class post. Parcels above this weight will be sent by Parcelforce. The customer will be liable for any further charges from the courier if the parcel cannot be delivered and has to be returned to us.
IF YOU REQUEST THAT A PARCEL IS LEFT IN AN UNSUPERVISED LOCATION (EG PORCH / GREENHOUSE ETC) NEITHER WE NOR ROYAL MAIL/PARCELFORCE CAN BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT OF THE PARCEL GOING MISSING.
Please note: we attempt to recycle packaging where possible.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days but out of stock items may take a little longer. We'll let you know if there is going to be a delay in getting an item to you.
SPECIAL ITEMS:
Most of our items are routinely held in stock but we do have some products which we have to obtain specially for you when we receive your order. These are clearly marked on our site. There will be a delay on receiving these items following ordering but we can let you know anticipated delivery times.
NON DELIVERY OF GOODS:
If your order doesn't arrive within 7 days (excluding weekends), contact us by email, phone or fax. We'll investigate the non delivery with the carrier and notify you of the situation.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All orders within the UK are subject to 17.5% VAT. If you wish to order from elsewhere, please contact us first for details.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are processed using secure software- look for the golden padlock on your screen. Card numbers are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We hold card details for the purpose of processing your order but then delete them when no longer required.
Guarantee
In the event of damaged or incorrect goods being received, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of order otherwise no claim can be considered. Please check that you've received the correct products as goods can't be exchanged once they've been opened unless not of satisfactory quality or not as described. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

The Caledonian Cat Clinic does not disclose buyer's information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Returns Policy
Returned Goods: A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled and unused within 14 days. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges can't be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Remittance Terms
Credit card and switch payments can be made. Alternatively you can send us a cheque or postal order with a printout of your order.
